Our Core Values

Biblical Faithfulness

We believe that spiritual transformation comes through the proclamation and relevant teaching of God’s inspired Word–the authoritative and trustworthy rule of faith and practice for Christians.

(II Timothy 3:16-17) All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

Dependent Prayer

We believe that God desires a personal relationship with us and that He wants us to depend on Him through personal and corporate prayer centered on thanksgiving, praise, confession and intercession.

(Matthew 7:7-8) Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.  For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened.

Authentic Worship

We believe that because our holy God is worthy of our unconditional praise, He deserves our absolute best to honor him in every aspect of our lives.

(Col. 3:16-17) Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom, and as you sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God.  And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.

Creative Evangelism

We believe that lost people matter to God, and therefore ought to matter to the Church. We are dedicated to bringing people to a commitment to Christ through God-honoring, creative and relevant means.

(I Corinthians 9:22) To the weak I became weak, to win the weak.  I have become all things to all men so that by all possible means I might save some.

Christ-like Discipleship

We believe that drawing all believers into a healthy and maturing relationship with Christ is a scriptural requirement, and then to equip them to live that faith boldly in every sphere of their life.

(Matthew 28:19-20) Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.  And surely, I am with you always, to the very end of the age

Loving Relationships

We believe that a selfless devotion to each other requires authenticity, forgiveness, generosity and the building of intentional accountability and community.

(Acts 2:46-47) Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts.  They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people.  And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.
